Elizabeth Lee is a qualified Nurse, Midwife, Transpersonal Counsellor, Transpersonal Art Therapist and third year Ku Nye student.
Elizabeth's personal journey has led her to discover a deep and abiding respect for Eastern spirituality which has allowed her to explore, to shape and to embrace an intergrated approach to Western psychology. Of particular interest is the rich potential that the Buddhist tradition can offer to a deeper understanding of one's mind ( see further notes on Ku Nye practice ). The process of calming the mind and balancing the energies fosters deep relaxation and emotional release.
Incorporated into Elizabeth's practice are the fundamental aspects of healing offered in the study of Traditional Tibetan Ku Nye. These include benificial breathing techniques, regular practice of meditation, chakra massage, mantra healing and dream analysis.
Elizabeth currently runs small meditation groups in her local area. |
